About project (Technical aspect)

The cooling systems of a large-scale technology equipment and continuous processes are considered here. As samples some may be signed: hydraulic presses in production line, aluminium extrusion presses, thermoplastic extruders (PVC tubes production) etc. The systems' essential structure consists of the heat exchanger, first work circuit and second cooling (heat transfer) circuit. Water towers or chillers are frequently used in the second circuit for large-scale heat flows. In many cases the heat transfer represents itself as a rather difficult problem. The more complete analysis of it will be accomplished later.

The first part of the problem – the heat exchanger optimization is now in development stage. As a lot of others “simple” problems, this characterized of some set of interdepended factors. On the other side, so many people and during so much time were involved with the problem's solutions that it seems not difficult to resolve it with supporting to known solutions.
